What you'll do
- Talent Acquisition
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for the warehouse operations team — job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast hiring needs and bring in top operational talent.
- HR Operations & Compliance
- Own day-to-day HR operations: benefits administration, employee records, and HR documentation, with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state labor laws, and keep HR policies current and consistently applied.
- Employee Experience & Culture
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, resolving workplace concerns effectively.
- Drive engagement, recognition, and team-building programs that strengthen company culture.
- Support employees in identifying career-development opportunities.
- Office & Administration
- Oversee general office management, including supplies, facilities, and team events.
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
