EōS Fitness is seeking a highly motivated and sales driven leader to take on the role of Assistant Fitness Manager (Personal Training Sales). As an Assistant Fitness Manager, you will primarily focus on conducting welcome workouts with new members, guiding them through their initial fitness experiences at our gym, and helping them get started with a personal training program. Reporting to the Fitness Manager, the Assistant Fitness Manager will play a crucial role in driving personal training sales and fostering member relationships.
This position involves working closely with our membership and personal training team to sell training packages and provide exceptional service to our members. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for fitness, a desire to win, and a proven track record of achieving results.
