About the Role
Coalition is hiring a Senior Global Benefits Manager to join the People Operations team and help deliver a reliable, scalable benefits experience for our distributed, international workforce.
This role will lead Coalition’s global benefits strategy and roadmap, including plan design, market competitiveness, regional harmonization, employee experience, and long-term program priorities. You will also lead day-to-day benefits administration and the ongoing operation of leave, retirement, pension, and other global benefits programs, while strengthening vendor management, compliance governance, employee support, and benefits data integrity.
