Senior Litigation Counsel

We are seeking a talented

Senior Litigation Counsel to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will independently manage and directly handle complex dispute matters and contribute to our firm's commitment to professional excellence and integrity.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

• End-to-End Dispute Management: Lead and independently manage multi-jurisdictional commercial litigation, international arbitration, and financial recovery cases (UAE, UK, EU, HK etc.)
• Litigation Execution: Draft and file legal documents, conduct legal research, manage e-discovery, coordinate local counsels, and handle all phases of litigation (discovery, depositions, trial prep, settlement negotiations)
• Case & Knowledge Management: Maintain case files, calendars, and management systems; develop litigation strategies; prepare memoranda; and contribute to the firm's knowledge bases and templates

WHAT WE'LL LOOK FOR IN YOU:

Qualifications:

• Higher legal education, active admission to practice law, and 7+ years of litigation/dispute resolution experience (law firm or in-house)
• Legal & Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and research skills, deep understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules, and proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Tools: Proficiency in e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines collaboratively
• NICE-TO-HAVE: Experience in commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
• Familiarity with case management software, legal tech, and project management tools
• Flexibility for extended hours, willingness to travel (court appearances, meetings), and a commitment to continuous legal education
