This role involves collaboration across multiple teams, including construction project managers, general contractors, and facilities operations. The responsibilities include providing daily project updates, coordinating detailed activities between management and field teams, and ensuring smooth transitions between active projects and operational facilities.
The position also requires leading weekly stakeholder meetings to discuss project status and resolve issues, recommending and implementing improvements to systems and processes, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
