SENIOR TECHNICAL RECRUITER
Freeform builds AI-native manufacturing systems that unify software, hardware, and physics to produce industrial-scale parts at the speed of human ideation. We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in building the team that is creating the world’s most advanced metal 3D printing technology (build the team, who builds the machines, that build the machines). You will run a full desk focused on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
You will work closely with your teammates and company leadership to identify areas of improvement in the recruiting process and will implement measures to drive innovation, efficiency, and standards of excellence within hiring practices. You will have an opportunity to recruit a wide variety of deep-tech (software, ML, hardware engineering), operational, and leadership level disciplines, and will get to play a part in new initiatives such as outreach events and employer branding.
