Harbor is seeking an Alliances & Partner Operations Associate to help scale and optimize our strategic partner ecosystem supporting Harbor's mission of building and managing a world-class ecosystem of leading partners who provide solutions to our corporate law department and law firms' pressing operational issues.
This role is central to driving operational excellence across our alliances portfolio by improving pipeline visibility, enabling cross-functional execution, and ensuring partner initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams, you will help identify growth opportunities, streamline partner operations, and support the expansion of AI-enabled solutions that deliver value to our clients. This is a hybrid position working from our Chicago headquarters office with some remote flexibility.
