In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art food packaging equipment, and ensure our production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating all facility machinery safely and with maximum efficiency.
Shift: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, & Friday - 7:00am to 5:30pm
You will...
Operate and staff all automated packaging and production machinery (including SidePouch, Sauce Portioners, VibraCone, Likwifier, Urschel, and related equipment).
Assist automated systems with food preparation and portioning into final packaging.
Identify equipment irregularities, troubleshoot minor issues, and escalate major technical problems to maintenance promptly.
Ensure machinery is thoroughly cleaned and maintained according to Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP).
Accurately complete operational documentation and coordinate transactions with Quality Assurance and Management.
