5+ years of experience leading integrated strategy and execution within creator marketing, affiliate marketing, paid media, or community-led programs.
Strong experience in a client-facing, consultative role, with confidence shaping complete strategy decks, influencing decisions, and driving account growth.
A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyse performance metrics and turn insights into clear recommendations and scalable strategies.
Deep knowledge of the creator ecosystem across major social platforms, trends, and verticals such as fashion, CPG, parenting, wellness, or tech.
Experience building and pitching strategic proposals and campaign plans to senior stakeholders.
Integrated media experience with paid media, social media, and affiliate marketing delivers a holistic strategy to creator programs.
Experience with different measurement methods and models such as attribution, marketing mix modeling, brand health tracking, and lift studies.
A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach, comfortable managing multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage creators, talent managers, and senior clients.
Completion of the Getting Started with Influencer Partnerships Certification on PXA.
You’re comfortable being handed a vague directive and returning with a clear roadmap, requirements, and stakeholder alignment.
Extensive knowledge across performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and creator marketing, and fluency in the SaaS platforms that power them.
Working proficiency with leading performance creator platforms such as LTK and ShopMy.
Expert-level public speaking. You can hold a room of senior marketers and make a complicated idea land.
Expert-level workshop design and facilitation — you know the difference between presenting and facilitating, and you’re good at both.
Fluency in advanced marketing measurement: MMM, brand lift, sales lift, MTA.
Strong project management discipline across multiple concurrent, high-stakes engagements.
A process optimizer’s instinct — you notice friction and fix it rather than routing around it.
A genuine appetite for teaching. The best outcome of your work is a client team that no longer needs you in the room.
Thought leadership: you’re not just applying performance creator marketing best practice, you’re inventing it

Fluency in measurement technology and the vendor landscape behind it.
