The Deputy Branch Engineer (DBE) serves as the principal deputy to the Branch Engineer for a Department of War (DoW) Category 1D Major Defense Acquisition Program (MDAP) missile system. This position is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the program’s system design, integration, testing, and digital engineering execution; with coordination between warhead, missile, and shipboard systems.
