Crew Leader, Production at LG Energy Solution Arizona | LAYIQ

Minimum education of High School diploma or GED
At least 3 years' experience in a production role in a manufacturing facility, operating automated or semi-automated equipment.
Must be able to work overnight in support of up to 12-hour production shifts.
Must be able to work an alternative, compressed week schedule, including standard weekend shifts (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as required by the schedule
Knowledge and experience applying Lean Manufacturing principles, including 5S and 6-Sigma.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot production equipment or process issues and implement short- to mid-term solutions to maintain production.
Experience with quality control charts and data interpretation.
Experience in powder handling, chemical batch processing, mixing, roll-winding and material conveyance, a plus
Proven ability to work independently and be a self-driven contributor with minimal supervision.
Physically able to lift 25 lbs unassisted, stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces.
Ability to work overtime, as required.
Ability to travel, including overseas, as required.
Skills: Strong communication skills and ability to influence and teach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Sound judgment on when to escalate issues to management or engineering for support.
Comfortable working in dynamic environment, with ability to perform time-sensitive analysis and problem-solving.
