Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for supporting the safe and reliable operation of manufacturing equipment through preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections. This entry-level role works under the guidance of experienced technicians and engineers to minimize equipment downtime while gaining hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automated manufacturing systems.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement.
