As an Lincoln Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of client facilities and campus buildings. You will perform routine and specialized cleaning activities to provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment for occupants, visitors, and clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and maintain assigned buildings, common areas, offices, classrooms, restrooms, break rooms, and other facility spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish, and sanitize floors, surfaces, fixtures, and furnishings.
Clean and restock restroom supplies including soap, paper products, and sanitation materials.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
Identify and report maintenance, safety, security, or facility concerns to management.
Operate cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning products in accordance with company policies, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures.
Assist with room setups, special events, seasonal cleaning, and other facility support activities as needed.
