The VP (Vice President), Product & Design will lead product experience and roadmap development across the NFL’s portfolio of digital products and platforms, translating vision and strategy into scalable execution. As a key member of the Global Digital Fan Engagement leadership team, this executive will lead Product and Design functions responsible for creating world-class fan experiences across web, mobile, connected television (CTV), identity, subscription, and viewing platforms.
Working in close partnership with Strategy & Growth, Technology, Content, Marketing, Business Operations, and other key departments across the NFL, the VP, Product & Design will translate business priorities into product roadmaps and deliver experiences that deepen fan engagement, improve experience quality, and support the NFL's long-term strategic priorities.
This role requires an experienced and dynamic product executive capable of leading organizational evolution, establishing product management excellence, and building a high-performing team within a complex and highly visible media ecosystem.
