Job Summary:
The Director of Financial Services & Analytics is responsible for supporting profitable performance, risk optimization, and member/customer value across the credit card portfolio. This role will support portfolio performance, payment applications, product performance, customer and lifecycle management contributing to the overall strategy, and will assist in P&L analysis. The role will partner closely with Finance, Risk, Marketing, Operations, and Technology to optimize acquisition, engagement, retention, and payment processing
