As we open new stores in new communities, we're looking for Assistant General Managers (AGM) who want to grow with us. Our AGM roles are fantastic opportunities for continued growth in retail leadership, home office, and/or roasting plant positions.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Assistant General Managers are members of the store’s leadership team and use independent judgment to oversee key aspects of Philz company initiatives, financial results, store operations, and team member development, including areas such as:
- Oversee key components of store operations, including staffing levels, food costs, customer experience, and team performance
- Manage food and operations safety standards, run monthly audits, and ensure prompt follow-up
