The Content Creator will be a key member of our digital marketing team, working across the full AWAL catalogue of artists with a special focus on creating content for Latin region and other diaspora communities within the US.  Your main objective is to generate interest and ultimately streams for our artists, doing so by creating and distributing engaging and sticky content on social media and driving dialogue about your content and the music connected to it.  You must be deeply familiar with Latin music and other global music scenes
