Team summary

The Internal Innovations team leads the strategic evaluation, productization, and commercial expansion of emerging products across our technology ecosystem. Operating through cross-functional engineering pods—spanning Cloud/Backend, Mobile, Firmware, DevOps, and AI Data Engineering—the team transforms early-stage technical capabilities into scalable, market-ready offerings. Our domains focus on cloud-edge IoT platforms, computer vision engines, automated developer infrastructure, and enterprise AI data pipelines.

We operate through rapid product discovery iterations, applying rigorous market validation to turn internal technological assets into high-margin B2B products, commercial SaaS/PaaS offerings, and strategic partner co-selling opportunities.

Job summary

In this role, you will own products throughout their entire lifecycle—from evaluating early-stage ideas and validating market opportunities to defining product strategy, building go-to-market plans, and driving commercial success.

Working closely with the Head of Innovations and executive leadership, you'll be responsible for screening incoming product ideas, validating commercial potential, shaping product positioning, defining pricing and monetization strategies, and collaborating with engineering teams to bring innovative products to market.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, thrives in ambiguity, and combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Own the product lifecycle from concept validation through launch and continuous improvement
• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap
• Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product performance
• Build go-to-market plan and monetization strategies for the products
• Support strategic partnerships and co-selling initiatives
• Identify opportunities to expand products into new markets and customer segments
• Collaborate across Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Executive Leadership
• Facilitate decision-making and align stakeholders around product priorities
• Foster a product culture focused on customer value, experimentation, and ownership.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B software or technology products
• Proven experience launching products from concept to market
• Strong product discovery and customer validation skills
• Experience defining product strategy and roadmaps
• Experience developing pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong understanding of B2B monetization models
• Excellent prioritization and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Nice to Have
• Experience working with Computer Vision, IoT, Embedded Systems, AI, or Cloud technologies
• Understanding of cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP) and co-selling programs
• Experience with SaaS/PaaS business models
• Startup or early-stage product experience
• Founder or CEO experience will be a plus.
