Position Overview:
StepStone is seeking a driven and analytical Associate or Senior Associate to support the growth and operational success of its technology platform, SPI by StepStone. This hybrid role combines new client acquisition with sales operations, focusing on expanding the institutional investor client base while improving the efficiency and effectiveness of sales processes.
The successful candidate will identify, engage, and convert prospective institutional investor clients while supporting sales operations through process optimization and performance analysis. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the institutional investor landscape and a proven track record of selling data, analytics, or reporting solutions to limited partners (LPs).
