What You’ll Do

• In this role, you will help keep materials and products moving safely and accurately in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Load and unload trucks with materials or finished goods.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and ride-on equipment in warehouses, freezer, dock, and production areas.
• Move materials to production workstations, storage areas, and shipping/receiving locations.
• Use handheld RF scanners, complete inventory cycle counts, and help resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect equipment, complete daily pre-start checks, and report damages, shortages, or quality concerns.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe while following PPE, GMP, and company safety requirements.

What You Bring

• We are looking for dependable, safety-minded team players who are comfortable working around active production equipment and varying temperatures.
• Previous forklift warehouse experience required; food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, reach trucks, ride-on equipment, or similar material handling equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to safety.
