We are looking for a General Manager to join our growing Fulfillment Center network. This individual will report to our Senior Director of Fulfillment and will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and overall performance of our high-volume facility. This individual will oversee all aspects of site performance, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time, with a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, cost control, and employee engagement.

As the leader of an established fulfillment center, this individual will play a critical role in developing and empowering the leadership team, driving continuous improvement, and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and overall site performance. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about leading people, committed to operational excellence, and energized by the opportunity to continuously improve and elevate a high-performing operation.
