At EōS, our Personal Training Manager (PTM) plays a key leadership role in select high-volume gyms, helping guide and grow our personal training team every day. Reporting to the Fitness Manager—and working closely with our Sr. Director of PT Experience—the PTM is the go-to leader for making sure our trainers deliver top-notch service and build strong relationships with members.
This role is all about helping people thrive: you’ll coach trainers, support their development, and create a positive environment that drives client satisfaction, retention, and results. We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about fitness but also excited to lead a team, hit big goals, and make a real impact. You’ll help your team stay focused on delivering great experiences, improving performance, and growing professionally—all while keeping our gyms running smoothly and successfully.
