EōS Fitness is seeking a Regional Group Fitness Manager, reporting to the Vice President of Group Fitness. The role involves leading the District Group Fitness leaders by strategizing and coaching to maximize class attendance and provide fun, safe workouts that deliver excellent fitness results for members. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a multi-unit manager, accountable for all aspects of hiring, coaching, choreography, scheduling, payroll, and customer service.
