The MJ Companies is seeking a Director of Marketing who is responsible for leading and executing a scalable, B2B-focused marketing function that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth in support of MJ's growth objectives.
This role owns the day-to-day leadership of the Marketing & Communications team—including brand management, content strategy, digital marketing, creative production, and field and event marketing—while partnering closely with the CMO and sales leadership to ensure marketing directly contributes to profitable growth. The Director of Marketing is an experienced B2B marketing leader who is equally comfortable setting strategic direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute alongside the team.
This role enables the CMO to operate at the enterprise-wide strategic level while ensuring MJ's brand and pipeline activity never lose momentum.
