The Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing production processes to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. This role will drive the adoptions of data-driven methods, engineering principles, factory simulation modeling, and continuous improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and support sustainable growth. Success in this position will require establishing IE standards for Ursa Major and leading through influence with teams across the business.
