West Monroe is seeking an Experienced Consultant to join our Banking practice, helping financial services organizations address business and technology challenges across commercial lending, treasury management, risk and regulatory compliance, and transformation. In this role, you will contribute to client workstreams, translate business needs into practical solutions, and support operating model, process, technology, data, analytics, and change initiatives.
You will work collaboratively with client and West Monroe teams while building your financial services expertise and consulting capabilities. These responsibilities align with West Monroe’s Experienced Consultant / Level 2 expectations, including independently driving deliverables, identifying risks, understanding client needs, and serving as a knowledge resource for peers.
