West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice team.
We support the full HCLS value chain across payers, providers, medtech, biopharma, digital health, and other healthcare and life sciences segments, with expertise in operations, technology transformation, and M&A.
Responsibilities
- Client Delivery: Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functions
- Partner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectives
- Facilitate client workshops to define future state vision, business processes, and requirements across the healthcare ecosystem
- Lead detailed requirements gathering and ensure alignment to business objectives
- Lead package and solution evaluations aligned to industry leading practices within the healthcare ecosystem
- Interface with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations and internal teams
