West Monroe is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing
Merger & Carveout Services (MCS) team. We help private equity and corporate clients navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs, divestitures, and integrations by combining deep transaction experience with technology, operational, and financial expertise.
As a Senior Consultant, you will work across the transaction lifecycle—from diligence and separation planning through Day 1 readiness and post-close execution—to help clients reduce execution risk, accelerate value realization, and build stronger standalone businesses. You'll partner with cross-functional client stakeholders to solve complex challenges, develop data-driven recommendations, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
You'll also contribute to the continued growth of our M&A practice through business development, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
