Seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and hands-on production discipline.

- ● Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
- ● Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
- ● Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
- ● Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
- ● Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
- ● Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared
Requirements

- ● Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
- ● Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture
- ● Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
- ● Proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.
- ● Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills
- ● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams
- ● Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player
- ● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual in English and Korean prefer
