Seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead marketing strategy, brand development, and audience growth across the U.S. market. CMO will report to CEO.
[Job Description]
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall marketing and brand strategy for USA Branch
- Develop campaigns supporting artists, music releases, tours, and major projects
- Oversee digital, social media, content, partnerships, and fan engagement
- Lead marketing teams, agencies, and external partners
- Manage marketing budgets, performance, and campaign planning
- Identify U.S. market trends and new audience growth opportunities
- Partner with global headquarters and cross-functional leadership
Requirements
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience
- Strong background in entertainment, music, media, or consumer brands preferred
- Proven experience leading high-impact campaigns and building brands
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and youth/pop culture
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Bilingual in English & Korean
