This role is responsible for ensuring that innovation, product concepts, and growth initiatives become retailer-ready, scalable business execution. The CSO builds the operating system that connects Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales, and E- Commerce? translating ideas into launches that succeed at shelf.
This leader protects execution readiness, commercial discipline, and retailer success, and is expected to construct structure in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
[Job Description] o Enterprise commercialization process (Concept → Launch → Retail execution) o Cross-functional operating rhythm across Product, Marketing, SCM, Sales, E-Com o Launch readiness standards (packaging, supply, timing, retailer requirements) o Forecast alignment and execution discipline o Retailer-facing readiness (line reviews, resets, GTM readiness) o Building scalable processes where none exist o Balancing speed of innovation with operational reliability
