Position Summary
The Head of Marketing Services leads 33 USA's entire service delivery organization — the PR, Social Media Marketing, Cross Media Marketing (Advertising), Event, Brand Production, Bilingual Business Facilitator, and Creative divisions. Taking over this function from the CEO, who currently holds it concurrently, you will own the organizational management, service quality, and delivery excellence of all service divisions, and carry accountability for achieving the semi-annual gross profit targets the company sets for each service team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with Business Development teams in both the US and Japan to optimize team assignments and maintain the highest level of client satisfaction across all projects — while continuously evolving our service quality to stay ahead of market trends and client expectations. You will also partner closely with the Creative Director, who reports to the CEO and owns 33's brand and creative standards across all divisions.
