This is one position split between 2 departments:
The Provider Network Specialist provides support to complete activities associated with credentialing of providers under several contracts and collection of quality of service information for service provider network.
The Wraparound Funding Specialist is responsible for processing and monitoring fund requests, under the Department of Children and Families (DCF) Wraparound funding contracts as well as the Judicial Branch’s Wrap funding contract.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· application processing ensuring that the paperwork is complete, accurate and in compliance with standards
· maintain files, provide technical assistance to providers; · orientation and education of providers to credentialing policies and procedures, collection of quality of service information, and provider relations.
