The Director of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing all operational functions within a fast-paced IT infrastructure and server rack manufacturing environment. This role drives operational excellence by improving processes, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring on-time order fulfillment, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate is a leader with a strong manufacturing background and a proven ability to improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization o Analyze and improve operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks, increase efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
- o Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and best practices.
- Leadership & Team Development o Conduct performance evaluations and establish measurable objectives.
