AmpThink is a leading provider of technology systems for world-class stadiums and arenas throughout North America. This position is based at the Kia Center in Orlando, FL. We're looking for a hands-on technologist — someone equally comfortable managing physical and virtual server infrastructure as they are troubleshooting a network — to own the technical operations of two major venues: Kia Center and Camping World Stadium.
This is not a pure network administration role. The ideal candidate treats the network as one layer of a larger systems stack that includes compute, virtualization, storage, and the applications running on top of it. This role leads the Orlando infrastructure team's day-to-day technical direction — coordinating priorities, workload, and event-day response — without formal people-management authority; the team continues to report administratively to a separate Regional Manager.
