The Vice President, Hotel Operations is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the fleet by following company’s established ratings and financial key performance indicators (KPI’s). The Vice President, Hotel Operations is also responsible for the implementation and execution of Company’s Charter agreements.
The position works closely with the Director of Culinary Operations, Director Hotel Operations Support, Manager of Procurement & Logistics, and Vice President of Finance to manage the onboard hotel product offering. This position provides day-to-day management direction, coaching and support to all Hotel Directors to ensure efficient execution of charter’s service agreements. All Hotel Directors report to this position.
