Senior Director, Advocacy

Aristotle is seeking a Senior Director, Advocacy to manage client advocacy programs and drive strategy and execution across the full range of our public affairs work. The right candidate has a few years of real advocacy experience under their belt, whether in a firm, on Capitol Hill, in a campaign, or inside an organization running issue campaigns.

They understand how federal or state policy gets made, know how to build and move stakeholder coalitions, and are comfortable translating a client's policy goals into an organized campaign with clear tactics and measurable progress.

This is a hands-on role. The Senior Director will lead day-to-day client work, coordinate across stakeholder engagement, coalition building, and digital activation, and partner with senior team members on more complex engagements. We want someone who is ready to do serious advocacy work and grow alongside a team that is winning.
