Position Summary
The Dish Porter is a cross-functional support role that keeps the cafe, deli, hot line, and prep-production areas running — ensuring a constant supply of clean, sanitized dishware, small wares, and equipment, maintaining a clean and sanitary back-of-house, and providing prep support to the kitchen and production team as needed. This is a critical support role across all departments.
The ideal candidate is dependable, fast, takes pride in cleanliness, is willing to cross-train across stations, and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
