Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage interpreter schedules to ensure full coverage of assignments
• Communicate with clients to confirm service needs, appointment details, and special requirements
• Maintain and update scheduling systems to reflect accurate interpreter availability
• Handle last-minute schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent requests efficiently
• Track and maintain records of assignments, interpreter performance, and client feedback
• Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to support overall service delivery
