Client Service Associate
Full-Time | In-Person | State College, PA
Some offices feel like a revolving door. Strong Tower Associates isn't one of them. We're a small, close-knit financial planning firm in State College, and we're hiring an experienced Client Service Associate to keep our operations running smoothly and our clients well taken care of.
What You'll Do
- You'll be a key part of the operational backbone of our practice, supporting our advisors and agents so they can focus on their clients. Day to day, that looks like:
- Preparing and organizing client documents and correspondence
- Completing paperwork with clients and tracking it from start to finish
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars across the team
