We're looking for an Office Manager who can take ownership of the business side of the practice so our advisors can focus on what they do best: taking care of clients.
This is not an admin role. This is the person who keeps the entire operation running. You'll manage HR, payroll, compliance coordination, vendor relationships, and the day-to-day flow of a professional office. You'll supervise a small team, own the employee handbook, coordinate performance reviews, and work directly with the principal advisor on business planning and strategy.
