Block LLP is seeking an experienced Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Settlement Negotiator to join our growing team. The Settlement Negotiator will take ownership of pre-litigation negotiations from demand through resolution, working closely with attorneys, case managers, and clients to maximize settlement value.
