Pharmacy Retail Supervisor - Acute Care
Peridot, AZ
An acute care facility in Peridot, AZ is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Supervisor for a 13-week contract starting February 16, 2026. This role oversees daily retail pharmacy operations while supporting high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Local candidates are preferred, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion.
Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: 2/16/26
- Pay: $79 - $84, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the retail pharmacy within an acute care facility
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and safety standards
- Support staff scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain excellent service
Requirements:
- Active pharmacist license with no disciplinary history
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Hospital pharmacy experience required
