Are you an ambitious and skilled Litigation Attorney seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a significant impact in the legal field? Look no further! Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Toxic Tort and Product Liability Litigation Associate to join our award-winning team. As an integral member of our litigation team, you will gain immediate hands-on experience handling complex toxic tort and product liability litigation matters. You may also handle various matters involving general liability, wrongful death, premises liability, personal injury, and breach of contract/business disputes.
From inception to resolution, you will have the opportunity to handle every aspect of your cases including legal strategy, research, drafting pleadings and motions, managing discovery, arguing motions in court, attending mediations, and trial. You will have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, businesses, and organizations.
This role offers an excellent platform for professional growth, as you will collaborate closely with team members and have the opportunity to be mentored by experienced partners.
The expected base salary range is $135,000-$200,000, however actual compensation will be determined based on experience (this does not include performance-based bonus plan).
