SUMMARY:
- The 2026 - 2027 school year Special Education Paraprofessional pay rate to work on assignment with Capital Area Intermediate Unit is $24.00/hour
- 5 days of Paid Time Off (prorated based on hire date)
- The Special Education Paraprofessional will work on student days following the academic calendar year
- Special Education Paraprofessionals may support students in one of the following areas: Autistic, Emotional, and Life Skills Supports
CURRENT OPENINGS:
- Newberry Elementary School (West Shore School District) 8:00am - 3:30pm
- Experience with behavior redirection and de-escalation required
