Pay Options:
- Hourly BHT rate of $25.00 per hour and progresses to $26.50 per hour (w2 employment)
- Salary of $39,000 per year with PTO accrual and paid holidays possible after 90 day introductory period
- Flexibility to cover all 3 locations of Clinic - Coatesville, West Chester and Downingtown for sub coverage
PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening.
SUMMARY:
The Behavior Health Technician / BHT will work one-on-one with students in ABA-based clinics implementing individualized instructional and behavioral strategies. These clinics provide Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children aged 3-5, integrating closely with early intervention services. This full-day program aims to ensure a seamless transition between pre-school special education classrooms and the clinic setting, promoting continuous skill development.
