- OFFERING PAID CREDENTIALS - Eliminating upfront costs for necessary clearances & TB screening
- PAY RATE - $30 - $32 per hour (W2 employment)
- Rate is based on years of RBT experience
CURRENT OPENINGS:
Elementary schedule: 8:15am - 3:45pm (7 paid hours per day on a full school day)
Secondary schedule: 7:15am - 2:45pm (7 paid hours per day on a full school day)
A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis.
