CIeNET is seeking Technical Solutions Engineering Lead to support observability dashboard solutions for ASIC data center hardware and software platforms.
In this role, this person will serve as the primary technical interface between CIeNET’s customer based in the U.S. and our development engineering team based in Taipei, driving technical alignment and successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines excellent communication skills with a strong technical background in critical dashboard development, ASIC bring-up, NPI, and testing workflows, enabling effective collaboration between product and software engineering teams.
Location: United States- Remote East Coast
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical interface between customer engineering teams and the development team in Taipei.
- Gather, clarify, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions while coordinating technical discussions and project execution across globally distributed teams. Monitor program health, identify execution risks, and proactively drive mitigation plans to ensure successful delivery.
