Senior Project Manager II - Construction at CLMI Group, LLC | LAYIQ

Twenty (20) years full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
Ten (10) of the 20 years must be managing large programs with projects having construction values of more than $50 million (not cumulative)
Five (5) years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects (may include projects outside of California)
OR
Twenty-five (25) years full-time paid professional project/construction management experience
Twenty (20) of the 25 years must be managing large programs with projects having construction values of more than $50 million (not cumulative)
Five (5) years’ experience in educational facility construction, public works or large commercial projects (may include projects outside of California)
Additional Preferred Experience
Design Build Experience
Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM)
Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects and/or the Collaborative for High Performing Schools (CHPS)
Experience with Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction/design processes
Required Education
20-year path: Graduation from a recognized college or university with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) may substitute for the education requirement
25-year path: Preferred (Not Required): Graduation from a recognized college or university with a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
Preferred (Not Required): A Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA)
Preferred Licenses and Certificates
A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors
