Clow is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Deburring Operator to join our production team. In this hands-on role, you'll work with metal parts using tumblers, sanders, dryers, and other tools to remove sharp edges and create a clean, finished product.
This is a fast-paced job with some variety throughout the day, so you'll work with different parts and finishing processes rather than doing the exact same thing all day. No previous experience is required. We'll provide on-the-job training and help you build a strong foundation in manufacturing with opportunities to learn and grow.
- Shifts Available
- Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Friday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
- Shift 21: 6:00am - 6:00pm, Friday - Sunday (+$3.50/hr shift differential)
Starting rate of pay:
$19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
